MFL Mentoring are committed to supporting, developing and promoting equality and diversity in all our practices and activities and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
We aspire to champion diversity in order to reflect the community we serve, and to ensure that our policies, services and products truly reflect our community’s needs. As part of our policies, we have established diversity as a key value of MFL Mentoring and will continue to establish an inclusive culture free from discrimination and based on courtesy, dignity and respect.
We politely ask that everyone associated with the project is respected at all times. We will not tolerate any form of homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism or any other discrimination or inappropriate behaviour aimed at students, teachers, learners, project team, or any other stakeholder involved with MFL Mentoring.
Anyone found to be making others feel uncomfortable or unsafe will be removed from participating in the project and may be subject to legal action as per Cardiff University policy and under the Equality Act 2010.
